ACQUIT Y UPLC 颗粒技术
制造 UPLC 颗粒比合成小颗粒需要更多的技术,绝大多数 HPLC 颗粒都不能保持在超高效液相色谱操作压力(例如:15000 psi/1000 bar)条件下的机械稳定性和结构完整性。为什么颗粒的耐压性质如此重要呢?为了*实现亚 2 微米颗粒的高柱效,需要在更高的线速度下(亦即更高体积流速)下进行日常分离,而亚 2 微米小颗粒在更高的线速度条件下会产生更高的操作压力。沃特世创造了两种高效耐压的 UPLC颗粒:1.7 μm 亚乙基桥杂化颗粒(BEH)和 1.8 μm 高强度硅胶颗粒(HSS)。
